Bespoke Programmes (Accelerators and Bootcamps)
Working with you, we will co-design a bespoke programme (lengths can vary) featuring hands-on workshops for a defined group of startup founders.
There will be a focus on key areas for example, infrastructure and processes, business model design, scale, marketing and leadership. These core areas are essential for any startup that is looking to scale and build out an effective post-funding marketing and growth strategy.
We will also run a discovery session where we’ll take a look at what is working for you at the moment, where there are opportunities to improve and how can we work together to build the best program possible but also ensure a successful outcome for all attendees.
We have worked with various accelerators around the city and Europe (including the World Food Programme) and have directly worked with close to 80 start-ups to help them understand value proposition and get them business ready.
Accelerator Delivery: Day by Day
Daily questions and worksheets will be part of a workbook that each startup will be given at the start of the program. Based on the workshop/topic of each day, each startup/founder will be given a key set of questions and worksheet that needs to be completed. These worksheets will be reviewed by the program facilitator and mentors.
Each day will consist of a daily standup, internal team debrief, lecture/workshop led by instructor, team workshop time and depending on the day a mandatory or optional check in with mentors. Mentors will also be available to check in with teams throughout their workshop time and we will be bring n guest speakers to do talks on startup and small business life.
We can also include optional evening workshops and talks – primary around storytelling, pitching and funding.
A full curriculum and timeline will be built approximately one month before the programme start. We will have a dedicated facilitator looking after the delivery of the program.
As an accelerator that supports and shares resources with you, we have a responsibility to help to put startups in the best position to become successful in creating a viable business – we want to ensure that we invest our available resources wisely and minimise risk.
A core part of our accelerator programme is providing guidance and mentorship to verify product viability through an evidence-based driven approach. We have startups present an engaging product story and ask at.a pitch event that will be attended by local investors, entrepreneurs, and tech/industry insiders.
