“A goal without a plan is just a wish” – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
There’s so much you want to do and want to achieve but it feels like there is never enough time. It can be daunting knowing where to start and what to start with. By learning how to set effective goals, you will learn what is most important to you, prioritize what you want to do first and establish the first steps you need to take to get started.
In this workshop, you will learn why some goals stick and why others fail. We’ll go through various techniques of effective goal-setting which will maximise your chances of sticking to them. Leave the workshop with the confidence to apply the knowledge to different areas of your life. Feel free to share your goals with the group as it is a safe and supportive space.
Template worksheets will be provided for you to work through during the workshop and to take-away with you to continue creating your path to success outside of the workshop.
