Frequently Asked Questions
The full-day ticket includes access to all keynote speeches, breakout sessions, and panels. Additionally, you will have access to the evening networking event, and complimentary lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance with the new attendee’s details to process the transfer without any additional fees.
Yes, we offer discounts for group bookings. Groups of 3 or more can receive a 15% discount on the total ticket price. Please contact our team (learn@experiencehaus.com) for more information and to arrange group bookings.
Purchases are non-refundable, except at the discretion of Experience Haus Ltd. Typically, cancellations or refund requests received 14 days prior to the start of the conference will be honoured. However, due to the complex nature of the service being provided this cannot be guaranteed, and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
