Are you building a product but you don’t know what to do first? Or how to prioritise?
It’s tempting to do everything at once, but how do you use factors like cost, budget, resources, time, skills, and user needs to help decide when it’s best to start on things?
In this breakthrough session, we will cover how to prioritise your feature ideas, and how to start put together a product roadmap. We will look at how popular companies and startups have used roadmaps, as well as talking through a few publicly available roadmaps.
This will be accompanied by a brief overview of our Product Strategy & Management course offering and showcase of alumni work, followed by a quick Q&A.
An access link will be sent to you via email one day before the event. Please check your spam and junk folder and raise any concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org.
