Our free Service Design OpenHaus is perfect for anyone looking to change careers, add to an existing skill set and or just spend an evening exploring some interesting topics. We’ll discuss the building blocks of a ‘service’ and how they fit together to enable experiences from the perspective of the customers, the staff and the business.

Experience Haus Managing Director, Joe Morgan, will provide a free introduction to the exciting world of Service Design.  Including everything from project & risk planning, research design, synthesising research, prototyping and service rollout.

About the Instructor

Joe Morgan is a highly-experienced Head of Planning with over 18 years in industry. Working in everything from brand, advertising, content and CRM to media, social, design and digital. Joseph’s most recent accolade was a Gold DMA for his work with Microsoft, but he has also won high praise for his contributions to marketing perspective and theory. Having been awarded the coveted WPP Essay Prize for Strategy and published in The Drum, Campaign, Marketing Magazine and The Journal of Brand Management.
