EXPLORE THIS COURSE

01

Study in an agency-style environment

Our studio is based in Shoreditch, in the heart of London’s creative district.

You will come into class and be inspired by the highly dynamic creative environment. You will be encouraged to network with like-minded individuals to benefit your own professional development.

02

Discussion-led learning

This course is built around facilitated discussion, reflection, and shared experience rather than project work.

Each session explores real leadership challenges – from managing teams and influencing stakeholders to shaping design culture and navigating organisational change.

Participants are encouraged to share their own experiences, learn from others, and leave each session with fresh perspectives and practical leadership insights.

03

Classes capped at 8 students

Our small class sizes allows the instructor to spend more time with each student discussing key concepts, providing feedback on work, answering specific questions, and sharing the wealth of experience they have to offer.

Benefit from valuable critique as you learn and gain foundational skills in leadership.

Leading Design in the Age of AI

The design landscape has shifted, and the ladder you’ve been climbing has evolved into a new, more complex architecture.

To lead in this era, it is no longer enough to be a master of craft or a coordinator of people; you must become a strategic orchestrator of collective and artificial intelligence. We have completely reimagined our flagship leadership program because the industry transition from “output” to “outcome” has accelerated.

Where Human Leadership Matters Most

We realised that traditional management frameworks were buckling under the pressure of automated workflows and shrinking team sizes, so we rebuilt this course to focus on the human leadership traits that AI cannot replicate: taste, empathy, and high-velocity judgment.

From Designer to Strategic Leader

This six-week journey is designed for the emerging leader ready to turn industry disruption into a personal competitive advantage. By moving beyond the mechanics of “doing” design, you will learn to navigate the daunting transition into a role where you are a multiplier of value rather than a manager of pixels.

Lead High-Impact AI-Driven Teams

We’ve injected deep strategic insights into how to lead lean, high-impact teams, how to manage the cultural anxiety of automation, and how to communicate design’s ROI to the most skeptical stakeholders. This is your roadmap to becoming a resilient, AI-enabled leader who doesn’t just keep pace with change but actively defines the future of the organisation.

How the Course Works

Classes are held twice a week in our Shoreditch studio (from 6:30pm-8:30pm London time) either on Monday and Wednesday evenings, or Tuesday and Thursday evenings, depending on your chosen start date.
