Study in an agency environment

Our studio is based in Shoreditch, in the heart of London’s creative district.

You will come into class and be inspired by the highly dynamic creative environment. You will be encouraged to network with like-minded individuals to benefit your own professional development.

Discussion-led learning

Our ‘learn by doing’ practical approach gives our students the perfect opportunity to apply what they have learnt straight away and to discuss approaches openly.

You will be given the opportunity to share your proven approaches (what has worked and what hasn’t?), learn from others about theirs, and to leave each session inspired to build your leadership legacy.

Classes capped at 8 students

Our small class sizes allows the instructor to spend more time with each student discussing key concepts, providing feedback on work, answering specific questions, and sharing the wealth of experience they have to offer.

Benefit from valuable critique as you learn and gain foundational skills in leadership.

Learn by Doing.

Navigating your design career into a more senior role can be daunting. This 6 week, part-time, practical design leadership  course will equip you with everything you need to know about building and managing product and design teams, how to deliver and perform design critiques, the art of communication and effective delegation, battling imposter syndrome, and how to best represent design in the boardroom.

Students will work independently and in groups on a series of reflective exercises throughout the design leadership training course.

These activities will form a basis to create the necessary thinking, reflection and action points needed to move further in a design career and up the career ladder.

Classes are held twice a week in our Shoreditch studio (from 6:30pm-8:30pm London time) either on Monday and Wednesday evenings, or Tuesday and Thursday evenings, depending on your chosen start date.
