Learning the Tools, and the Mindset.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll work through each stage of the venture journey, developing both the practical tools and entrepreneurial mindset needed to turn ideas into real opportunities. You’ll learn how to identify and frame meaningful problems, conduct customer discovery and validation, design strong business models, and rapidly prototype and test solutions. As the course progresses, you’ll refine your concept, shape a compelling proposition, and build the confidence to pitch your venture clearly and convincingly.
Throughout the programme, you’ll collaborate closely with your cohort, applying frameworks immediately and sharing progress at key milestones. By the end, you’ll have transformed your initial idea into a tangible, tested prototype or business model, supported by a portfolio of practical outputs that demonstrate your ability to execute and deliver in real-world startup environments.
The hybrid format combines live online sessions, mentorship, proven templates, and access to a supportive community of builders, creating a structured yet flexible environment that helps you learn faster and build with confidence.
