Students will work independently on a series of reflective exercises throughout the design leadership training Course. These activities will form a basis to create the necessary thinking, reflection and action points needed to move further in a design career.
Our small class sizes allows the instructor to spend more time with each student discussing key concepts, providing feedback on workshop and homework exercises, answering specific questions, and sharing the wealth of experience they have to offer.
You will be learning from the best in the field. Our talented and experienced design instructors have worked with various sized teams, from early-stage startups to award winning agencies, and industry leading organisations such as Amazon, PwC, and more.
Navigating your design career into a more senior role can be daunting. This 6 week, part-time, practical design leadership certificate course will equip you with everything you need to know about building and managing product and design teams, how to deliver and perform design critiques, the art of communication and effective delegation, battling imposter syndrome, and how to best represent design in the boardroom.
Classes are held twice a week in our Shoreditch studio (from 6:30pm-8:30pm London time) either on Monday and Wednesday evenings, or Tuesday and Thursday evenings, depending on your chosen start date.
Over the duration of the course you will work on a set of practical and hands-on exercises (all set in a specially designed Experience Haus workbook) and use these tasks to reflect, think and prepare on life as a design leader in you organisation.
