In this session we'll cover what 'agentic' actually means, what a workflow is in this context, and how the two come together. Then we'll show you a real, working example (a loan application moving through a bank) built two ways: how it runs today, and how it runs with AI agents handling parts of it, including where a human still has to step in.
You'll leave able to explain an agentic workflow in your own words, recognise where one would help in your own team, and know what a sensible, low-risk starting point looks like.
