The Lab: Our R&D arm - Experience Haus

Ideas tested.
Companies built.
Lessons shared.

The lab and venture engine of Experience Haus.

Everyone is talking about what AI will change. Very few can show it working. We would rather run the experiment and publish the result.

The Accelerator is where Experience Haus tests ideas, builds its own startups and speeds up other people’s. We prototype fast, pressure-test our frameworks against real problems and share what we find, including what broke. Experiments that prove themselves become products. Products that find customers become companies.

Inside. What we build for ourselves.

We test ideas on the questions the industry has not answered yet. What an agentic workflow looks like in lending, onboarding or claims. How a service changes when AI does the first draft of the work. Where the human stays in the loop, and why.

Some experiments end up as prototypes, blueprints and published teardowns. The ones with legs become our own ventures. They are built by the Experience Haus team, alongside Academy students and selected builders from our alumni network of thousands of designers, product managers and strategists.

Outside. Who we accelerate.

We partner with early-stage founders who need a team that can design, build and test at speed. We sharpen the proposition, design the service and put AI to work in the operation from day one. We use the same methods we teach and deploy with clients: service design, agent role design, human-in-the-loop architecture and decision-rights mapping.

Founders get a working product and a team that has done the build before. Academy students get live ventures to learn on. Everything we learn feeds back into our next experiment.

WHAT WE TEST, BUILD AND SHARE:
TESTED. BUILT. SHARED. REPEATED.

Why the Accelerator exists.

A slide is a claim. A prototype is evidence. A company is proof. We exist to move ideas along that line.

The FCA has built the regulator's AI Lab. Someone needed to build the practitioner's one. So we did.

The best way to teach someone to build a company is to have them build one.

Every experiment sharpens our client work. Every client engagement shows us the next experiment worth running.

The industry has enough commentary about AI. It needs working examples, real numbers and honest accounts of what broke.
