This isn’t a workshop just about maximising your productivity at work though. Instead, we will talk about about taking time for your mental and physical health as well as maintaining relationships too.
Template worksheets will be provided for you to work through during the workshop and be sure to think about what your current priority ahead of time to maximise the value from the class.
