Services are one of the most complex things you can design for – full of interconnected components that all affect each other.
To become better service designers we must understand how to see and map in ‘systems’, not just rely on traditional methods of analysis.
In this introductory session we will explore the fundamentals of systems thinking and learn one of the most powerful concepts in the service designers armoury.
