Our Panelists for the evening

Dr Cos Fantis – CEO of ​Encode Health​, a medical Doctor, founder of “Future Excellence” + the lead medical officer at Touch Surgery.

Dr Anushka Patchava – Co Founder and Chief Product Officer at Wellx, an Ai driven insurtech  and Chief Growth Officer at Mindstep an AI focused mental and brain health app. An experienced executive with a demonstrated track record spanning 10+ years, operating at a strategic and operational level.

Pollyanna Jones – A a distinguished leader who joined Monstar-lab in 2024 after a highly successful career in the NHS. Pollyanna’s previous roles as working directly to the National Chief Commercial Officer, National Director for Innovation and Life Sciences, and Chief Data and Analytics Officer for NHS England.

Simon Swift – Simon works with a range of partners to support organisations – including NHS bodies, start ups, healthcare data / outcome / value business to global tech consultancies as well as academic time with with the University of Exeter and an active role as an investor in a health tech start up.
