Bart Weaver is a Senior Product Designer currently working for the restaurant booking app Bookatable (recently acquired by The Fork to form part of the Tripadvisor Company) where he led the UX and UI for the relaunch of the app.
His ability to balance user needs and business goals, along with a solid understanding of processes and design systems has resulted in the app increasing conversion and revenue streams, active user numbers and app ratings across both Android and iOS platforms.
Previous to working in-house, Bart was also part of a fast-paced app start-up agency called PocketApp and has experience working with the likes of Virgin Trains, Sky, Canon and other small to medium-sized companies.

Previous students include graphic desginers, front-end developers, UX and UI designers and those with no design experience but a curiosity to learn!.
Although there are no pre-requisites to take the workshop, having a keen interest in design and creativity definitely helps. There is no need to have any knowledge of particular software as you will be taught everything along the way.
